Try your existing account first
Use the same email and password you originally registered. The server error affecting sign-in has been repaired. If your browser saved the password, look in its password manager for vitalhow-health.pages.dev.
If you forgot the password
Ask the app owner to issue a private recovery link after verifying your identity. Automated recovery email is not connected yet. Never share a password.
As the app owner, see the repository's account recovery guide. An existing account does not need database initialization.
